Terms & conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and the basis on which we provide services. Please read them carefully. "We", "us" and "our" mean OMNIXCO. "You" means the person or business using this site or engaging us.
About us
OMNIXCO is a business systems, AI and web development studio based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. You can reach us through the contact page.
Using this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it by knowingly introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or otherwise interfering with its operation.
Pricing on this website
All prices shown are typical starting points, not fixed quotes or offers. Final pricing depends on your requirements and is confirmed in a written proposal. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to contract.
Discovery calls and bookings
Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation on either side. Booking a call does not create a contract for services. We may need to reschedule occasionally; if so, we'll contact you using the details you provided.
How work is agreed
Work begins only once a written proposal has been agreed and any required deposit paid. That proposal, together with these terms, forms the agreement between us. Where they conflict, the proposal takes precedence.
Ongoing fees
Where a service includes a monthly fee, that fee covers hosting, monitoring, support and ongoing optimisation as set out in the proposal. Monthly services are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice unless the proposal states otherwise.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to us. On full payment, you receive ownership of, or a licence to use, the deliverables built specifically for you, as set out in your proposal. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of anticipated savings, and our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement.
We provide this website "as is". We don't guarantee it will always be available or free from errors.
Third-party services
Some systems we build rely on third-party platforms and APIs. We're not responsible for changes those providers make to their pricing, availability or functionality, though we'll work with you to adapt where reasonably possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections under the law of your home country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you engage us is the version that applies.
