Accessibility statement

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML structure with a single logical heading order on every page.
• A "skip to content" link as the first focusable element.
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
• Full keyboard operation, including the day and time pickers on the booking page.
• Text contrast checked against WCAG 2.2 AA on our core text and interface colours.
• Form fields with permanently associated labels, not placeholder-only labelling.
• Animation and the scrolling banner are disabled automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
• Layouts reflow to 320px width without horizontal scrolling.

Standard we're aiming for

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. We test with keyboard navigation and automated tooling. We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit, so we can't claim full conformance.

Known limitations

• The demonstration sites under /demo/ are illustrative builds and have not been audited to the same standard as the main site.
• Some decorative imagery has minimal alternative text by design.
