Your enquiries

Omnixco uses the name, email, chosen service and project details you provide to respond and discuss requested work. Company and phone information are optional. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential material.

Processing and retention

The existing documented AWS intake system stores enquiries for up to 90 days and emails a notification to the operator. Operational logs are configured for seven days. Email correspondence and agreed client records may be retained separately for the engagement and applicable recordkeeping.

Hosting and security

The documented contact region is AWS US East (Northern Virginia). Network information may be used to deliver and protect the website; the enquiry service uses short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit abuse. We agree private transfer methods and processing scope before receiving confidential files.

Your choices

Email mahir.gilani@omnixco.com to ask for access, correction or deletion, or to stop business correspondence. We retain suppression information to respect requests not to be contacted.

Browser preferences and demonstrations

The website stores your light/dark preference locally. No advertising trackers are added. The concept shop, enquiry, booking and sample reporting interfaces operate locally. They do not make real orders, take payments, send demo enquiries or reserve appointments.
